崗位職責：

1． 具有良好的溝通能力、親和力和影響力，并且能與客戶之間建立相互信任的人際關(guān)系。

2． 具有開發(fā)新客戶的激情和能力， 了解客戶需求和競爭信息。

3． 熟悉并能夠為客戶充分地介紹西德福產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)特點及應(yīng)用。

4． 基于客戶的需求及時給予銷售建議。

5． 銷售實施進程中各階段管理，確保及時響應(yīng)客戶需求。

6． 制定并實施銷售計劃以滿足業(yè)績期望與目標。

7． 具備團隊協(xié)作和配合精神，為公司樹立良好的企業(yè)形象。

8． 自覺自律遵守公司各項規(guī)定。

9． 上級交付的其他工作。


崗位要求：

1．本專科或以上學(xué)歷，相關(guān)機械行業(yè)背景，液壓行業(yè)優(yōu)先；

2．3年或以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；

3．較強的溝通、表達、協(xié)調(diào)能力；

4．積極進取，且具良好的分析能力；

5．適應(yīng)不同環(huán)境的團隊；

6．能夠經(jīng)常出差。


Responsibilities:

1． Good communication、appetency and influence skills , and to establish mutual trust relationship with customer;

2． Has the passion and ability to develop new customers, understand the needs and competitive information of customers;

3． Introduce the product’s technical characteristics and applications of Stauff familiarly and fully;

4． Prepare sales proposals based on customer’s needs and expectations;

5． Administrate all phases of sales process to insure response the customer’s requirement effectively and timely;

6． Develop and executes sales plan to meet performance expectations and requirements;

7． Good team cooperation spirit, set up good enterprise image for the company;

8． Comply with the company discipline consciously;

9． Mission assigned by Superior.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor/College degree or above, Mechanical Engineering background;

2. Minimum 3 years related working experience;

3. Strong capability of communication, expression and coordination;

4. Mature, aggressive, hardworking and with good analytical skills;

5. Able to work both in a team and an independent environment;

6. Willing to travel frequently.
